The Manager, Clinical Applications and Marketplaces is responsible for providing direction and coordinating the efforts of the Developers, Analysts and QA Testers who are accountable for the analysis, development, maintenance and enhancement of CDPHP’s applications and automated business processes. This individual is responsible for providing technical guidance to the team, as well as proposing and implementing strategies that will integrate efficiently with other internal systems and their associated processes.  The Manager will also be responsible for working with senior members of leadership teams to establish standards, architecture, processes and establishing required support tools to ensure compliance as it relates to IT.  Included in the scope of responsibility are technical oversight of CDPHP’s Enrollment, Eligibility, Pharmacy and Clinical applications, test environment/test tool management, metrics, reporting, standards, processes, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.  The manager’s responsibility also includes analyzing the business process in place, performing feasibility studies, return of investment analysis and identifying the process candidates for automation.

Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance.
