Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating and programming various CNC machines to produce precision parts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software for machining operations
• Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, milling machines, and electrical discharge machining (EDM) equipment
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, bore gauges, and other tools
• Interpret engineering drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)
• Ensure the production of parts meets specifications and quality standards
• Maintain machine tools and equipment in good working condition

Experience:

• 10 years program / process of CNC machines on 3 through 5-axis
• Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software for creating machining programs
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and techniques
• Understanding of GD&T principles
• Create process plans, feeds, speeds and tool changes.
• MasterCAM
• Solidworks
• Vericut
• Wide range of controls (Heidenhain, Mazatrol, Fanuc, etc.)
• Stainless or exotic metals.
• Long runs, large parts
