We are looking for dedicated Production Associate I to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will work in one of the designated roles such as Saw Operator, Painter, Assembler, or Packer. Responsibilities:

• Works in one of the designated roles: Saw Operator, Painter, Assembler, Packer.
• Performs the necessary duties of a packer, ensuring proper packaging of products.
• Works closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
• Maintains strict adherence to safety rules throughout the shift.
• Understands production workflow and contributes to efficient operations.
• Keeps work area clean and free of safety hazards.
• Uses appropriate equipment, supplies, and tools in compliance with company guidelines.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one-year work-related experience.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends based on business needs.

Essential Job Functions:

• Stands for prolonged periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Performs repetitive motion work including hands, arms, and wrists 100% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Tolerates odors, fumes, airborne particles, heat, and noise levels, with or without reasonable accommodations.
