Stellenbeschreibung
- Aktives Management unseres Pools an CAx-Lizenzen (CATIA, NX, Teamcenter, rund 90 Spezialanwendungen)
- Optimierung des Lizenzbestands in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen, der Einkaufsdirektion und den Experten in unserer Zentrale
- Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Beschaffung und Aktualisierung von Lizenzen
- Definition von kundenspezifischen Konfigurationen
- Abstimmung mit wichtigen Kunden bei der Identifikation von benötigten Software-Produkten und Add-Ons
- Installation und Aktualisierung von CAx-Anwendungen
- Planung und Durchführung von Roll-Outs
- Unterstützung bei Fehlersuche und Troubleshooting im Betrieb der eingesetzten Applikationen
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Installation und der Betreuung des täglichen Betriebs von CAx- und PLM-Anwendungen (CATIA, MyPLM, Teamcenter, …)
- Autonomes, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Entscheidungsfreude
- Präsentationssicherheit
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse vorteilhaft
