Additionally, Applications Development Manager typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Applications Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. - Working knowledge of ERP Systems
- Expertise in SAP a major plus.
- Working knowledge of part creation, routing development, Bill of Material structures
- Previous product design and development a plus
- Machine building a plus
- Project management a plus
- APICS certification a plus
- Full understanding of the product development process (APQP, DFM, AIAG), including product analysis
- ISO experience is helpful. ISO Auditor experience is a big plus.
Qualifications
- College degree (engineer, business, sales) preferred or equivalent work experience
- Previous industrial application expertise in industrial polishing, industrial deburring, primary metal material handling and/or power transmission conveyance
