Our Lawn & Landscape Technician will be responsible for assisting in maintaining commercial and residential properties. This is a fast-paced, rewarding job.

Job Functions:

• Mow, trim, blow and edge lawn using with lawn mowers and equipment.
• Planting flowers, grass, shrubs, trees and bushes.
• Trim shrubs.
• Rock, sod and mulch installation.
• Utilize power washer to clean areas on proprieties.

Qualifications

Education, Training and or/ Experience

Preferred but not required: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with basic knowledge of lawn mowing and landscaping.

Skills Desired

• Basic lawn equipment knowledge (one year experience preferred)
• Fast learner
• Ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with staff and customers
• Must have positive, friendly, and professional attitude
• MUST be reliable
• Must have valid drivers license and own transportation

Physical Demands

The nature of work of this job requires:

the ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally

stamina and endurance

the ability to be on your feet for long periods, as well as kneel and bend on various surfaces

to follow instructions well

Working Conditions

Individuals will be frequently exposed to outside weather conditions including heat and rain.

Typical end time:

• 6PM

Typical start time:

• 8AM

Additional Hours Available:

Overtime is available during weekend.
