The inpatient services provided include cardiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and wound care. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director Inpatient Services will oversee all clinical and administrative functions of the medical surgical, pediatrics, and obstetric departments. The Nurse Director will lead a team of 30 FTEs, develops departmental policies and procedures, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, promotes patient safety and quality care, manages department budgets, and performs other duties assigned by the CNO. This is a full-time onsite position.
