We are a non-profit employment support agency seeking a full time (35 - 40 hours per week) Employment Consultant to support job seekers with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assignments will be a combination of remote and in-person meeting. In-person assignments are primarily in Franklin county with some assignments in the surrounding areas. The work schedule is primarily Monday – Friday daytime with the occasional evening and weekend shifts.
Employment Consultants support job seekers with disabilities to achieve their goals related to employment. We accomplish this by working with job seekers on a one-to-one basis to assess their interests, preferences, strengths, and support needs.
