Annuities Supervisor (New Business) supervises a group of Annuities Representatives responsible for handling the needs of new applicants. Ensures compliance with all regulations and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations which pertain to annuities applications. Being an Annuities Supervisor (New Business) is responsible for handling the more complicated client service issues such as contract exceptions or complaints referred by staff. May be responsible for developing or improving annuities application processes in order to facilitate the acquisition of new business. Additionally, Annuities Supervisor (New Business) requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Annuities Supervisor (New Business) supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Annuities Supervisor (New Business) typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Job Summary

    Working as the Director of Dining Services you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Food Service operations for a K-12 school district. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development. This is a Bench Director of Dining Services and will float between K-12 school campus sites in the Biloxi, MS and Long Beach, MS area.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
    • Maintains excellent relationships with the client
    • Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students
    • Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Chartwells marketing and culinary teams
    • Acts as a liaison between Chartwells, the school administration, staff, students and the community

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree is preferred in a Food Service, Nutrition, Hospitality or a Business discipline; Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, Hospitality or General Business related field will be required.
    • Three to five years of food service management experience required
    • K-12 School dining experience preferred
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Financial and business acumen
    • Excellent communication skills
