Annuities Retention Specialist jobs in Victorville, CA

Annuities Retention Specialist coordinates with service representatives and clients to assist with retaining the client's annuity business. Provides knowledge and expertise to clients in order to meet their financial goals and to clearly understand various options that are available with annuities. Being an Annuities Retention Specialist reviews surrender requests and contacts clients to re-engage and identify opportunities for additional sales. Makes recommendations to product line management to improve service and design of products that encourage client retention. Additionally, Annuities Retention Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Annuities Retention Specialist contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and possibly holidays. Have and maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license. MVR background check. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull a wheeled cart of up to 700lbs. Essential Duties: Load and unload linen carts at both the company’s and customer’s place of business tagging each one accordingly. Completely weigh and fill out all required paperwork/logs and turn in daily. Disinfect vehicles after each soil pick up. Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and orderly manner. Maintain a neat and professional appearance. Turn in a Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report daily. Perform customer deliveries in an accurate and timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned.
