As a Retention Specialist at Rain Retail, you will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction by working across various industries and products. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers facing cancellations, collaborate with leadership across our brands to navigate challenges, and cut through red tape to retain our valued customers.
You will receive inbound tickets or Calendly invites from other departments to speak with customers regarding requests to cancel their services. You will also be contacting customers who desire to cancel their service or who have already canceled to collaborate with the customer to find the best solutions and provide value for our services. You will apply the principles of retention and assist customers who are interested in renewing their services. You will also provide exemplary customer advocacy to resolve our customers' issues and improve Saela's services.
You will exemplify active listening, empathy, and excellent communication as you work with our customer base and the other members of the retention team.
You will receive weekly mentoring from leadership to support you in developing your communication skills, your customer care skills, and achieving your personal goals.
Pay: $50k per year, DOE
