Annuities Retention Specialist jobs in South Carolina
Annuities Retention Specialist coordinates with service representatives and clients to assist with retaining the client's annuity business. Provides knowledge and expertise to clients in order to meet their financial goals and to clearly understand various options that are available with annuities. Being an Annuities Retention Specialist reviews surrender requests and contacts clients to re-engage and identify opportunities for additional sales. Makes recommendations to product line management to improve service and design of products that encourage client retention. Additionally, Annuities Retention Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Annuities Retention Specialist contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. We're looking for a candidate with at least one year of medical administrative experience in healthcare whose duties will include:
Verifying insurance benefits and working with insurance companies to obtain authorizations
Managing prescription requests and completing medication prior-authorizations
Communication with Financial Counselors and insurance carriers
All other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Must be well organized, have excellent communication and customer service skills and have the ability to multitask and work well in a team environment. This is a full-time position of approximately 36 - 40 hours per week in our Daniel Island, SC office.
Coastal Fertility Specialists consists of five clinical and two administrative offices. We have over 100 employees including NP's, RN?s, 5 physicians, and a complete embryology team all driven to be the best Reproductive Endocrinology practice in the southeast. So far we have won 3 consecutive national patient satisfaction awards and have pregnancy rates in the top 10% of the country. We pride ourselves in employee satisfaction and have very low employee turnover.
