The Retention Specialist assists with programs focused on new employee training/onboarding/ramping. The Retention Specialist assists the new employee in the activities of the processing departments in order to achieve goals for customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and yield; as well as to reduce employee absenteeism and turnover - particularly with employees less than 90 days employment. Participates in roundtable meetings and activities, directed by the Complex HR Manage and Employee Relations Manager, to improve retention and turnover. All other duties as assigned.
