ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Field Engagement
  • Conduct on-site visits to new hires, providing personalized onboarding support and fostering a welcoming environment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employees in the field, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience
• Onboarding Programs
  • Design and implement onboarding programs catering to the unique needs of field-based employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement job safety and training programs to enhance overall experience and workflow
• Retention Initiatives
  • Identify factors influencing employee retention and develop targeted initiatives to address them
  • Create and implement solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
• Collaboration with Field Managers
  • Partner with field managers to understand specific onboarding and retention challenges
  • Provide training, support and feedback to field managers on best practices for employee onboarding and retention
• Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of field activities, onboarding process and retention efforts
  • Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of onboarding and retention strategies
