This position is full-time, in-office, at our corporate headquarters in Tempe. We have thousands of in-house direct accounts and are looking for an energetic, results driven Product Specialist who will be responsible for placing outbound calls and receiving incoming contacts from SME businesses to offer additional products and enhanced business solutions.
The Cross Sales / Retention Specialist opening is a professional role that is fully W2, with base pay and per product bonuses. We offer a four-day, 40-hour work week. There are no dialers and an expectation of 90 outbound calls daily.
You will be well trained to manage the entire sales cycle and utilize your previous professional experience to meet potential members’ needs. Your ability to effectively communicate with people throughout all organizational levels within a business and project strong credibility and industry expertise will enable success in this role.
Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the SME landscape
Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks / appointments using HubSpot
Educate members on value added services and build rapport
Prepare presentations, proposals, to send to our current house accounts
Completing outbound campaigns to our current customer base
