Annuities Representative (New Business) jobs in Alabama

Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a New Business Representative. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the district and its sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Create new business accounts and oversee the sales efforts of the district, ensuring that all sales goals are met.
• Assist the sales team, ensuring that all required training takes place, and that the team is working in alignment with company standards.
• Building relationships with current and prospective clients in order to increase company revenue through strong client retention.
• Maintaining a solid relationship with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conducting regular field visits to ensure client satisfaction.
• Developing strategies to increase company revenue through strong market share in the Trussville, AL area.
• Manage the company's growth through a high level of profitability.
• Analyzing financial reports to ensure profitability goals are met.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Customer Service is preferred but no experience required.
• 2 years of experience in sales management preferred; no experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment while also being collaborative and flexible within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
