Annuities Representative (New Business) is responsible for the annuities application process. Assists applicants and checks forms for completeness and accuracy. Being an Annuities Representative (New Business) ensures compliance with all regulations and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations which pertain to annuities applications. Reviews all fund transfers such as tax-free fund transfers, direct transfers and direct rollovers for completeness and compliance. Additionally, Annuities Representative (New Business) is responsible for responding to inquiries from clients, agents, financial institutions and internal departments. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Requires National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) license. The Annuities Representative (New Business) works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Your primary responsibility will be to make sure these businesses feel supported, understood, and valued through your proactive and strategic engagement.     • Develop and maintain robust relationships with accredited businesses.
    • Schedule and conduct introductory and pulse-check phone calls.
    • Attend in-person meetings and industry events to represent our company.
    • Engage with businesses through various communication channels to understand and address their needs and concerns.
    • Strategize and implement initiatives to retain businesses and foster long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with client needs.
    • Provide insightful feedback from clients to improve our services and offerings.
    • Track and report on account management metrics and progress.

    • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
    • Familiarity with navigating CRM platforms, computer software, and account management tools.
