The Executive Director of Business Strategy & Analytics will be responsible for the forecasting, performance tracking, reporting, and analytic functions. This position is involved in short and long-term financial forecasting, budget development, measuring actual performance, developing updates of forecasts, conducting ongoing analytics regarding network performance.
Responsibilities
• Guide the strategy for using analytics and data to generate actionable insights that enhance the business growth objectives. • Analyze the past and present financial and quality data of the organization and estimate future revenues and expenditures. • Build models using claims data to predict trends, guide pricing, optimize quality measure success. • Lead development and maintain executive dashboards and visualizations to provide insight on contract / business performance. • Organize financial, quality, claim data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share. • Perform ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and produce measurable insights and recommendations. • Support a wide range of functional responsibilities critical to overall business operations, including forecasting, and predictive analytics/modeling. • Consolidating and analyzing financial data, considering company's goals and financial standing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategy.
