Responsibilities:
Effectively increase a steady customer base, as well as maintain long-term customer relations, mainly via phone and email
Helps serve as a back-up to the Customer Service Manager's duties in their absence
Lead and train Customer Service Representatives
Receives and resolves customer complaints and/or escalated phone calls especially when they deal with our residential services
Oversees and is responsible for resolving customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred
Experience using various computer programs e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, calendars, etc.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Comfortable presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
Ability to prioritize, multitask, be detail-oriented and efficient
Positive and professional demeanor to effectively manage a consumer-friendly service environment
