Customer Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Service Representative will assist with all incoming calls to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. This position serves as the secondary communicator alongside our front desk receptionist between clients and the sales staff of our company. A sense of commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work well in a team environment are ideal for this position. Superior communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude are critical to success in this role. The candidate must be comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. This role requires heavy data entry, and knowledge of Microsoft Office products. In addition, we are seeking a bilingual individual that can assist with translations between employees and customers when needed.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
· The employee will be paid based upon experience and skillset.
· The employee is eligible to enter into our company retirement program with a 3% company match after 90 day probationary period.
· The employee is eligible to enter into our company medical insurance program with 50% coverage paid by K&J Tree Service (dental and vision are also available) after a 90 day probationary period.
WORK SCHEDULE:
· The employee will work Monday-Friday 9:00AM – 5:30PM.
· Every other Saturday 8:00PM-4:00PM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answering and directing calls promptly with a professional demeanor, direct calls to appropriate personnel and manage multiple lines efficiently.
· Heavy data entry of information into company specific software system.
· Book appointments via phone or email correspondence into company specific software system.
· Maintain and update client information in our CRM system with high accuracy, managing all aspects of client communications and records.
· Handle client concerns in an expeditious and professional manner; escalate unresolved issues to management, as appropriate.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 1 year(s) of customer service experience.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluent in Spanish and English is required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
· Represent the company in a professional manner
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
