Client Service Representative Qualifications for Success:

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, complemented by a completed Associates degree OR 3 years of professional experience in a client services or account management capacity.
• Proficiency in technical skills, particularly in MS Office, specifically Excel, and adeptness with computer systems and hardware.
• Exceptional communication skills, as a significant portion of the role involves phone communication. Professional phone etiquette is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must, as this role heavily involves working with spreadsheets.

• Skillfully manage and nurture relationships with significant corporate accounts.
• Assume the role of a liaison, delivering unparalleled customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Accurately input new customer orders into the system.
• Diligently follow up to verify the timely and complete delivery of orders.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the Accounting Department to process company payments.
• Monitor and maintain records of cost of goods and inventory.
• Foster both new and existing vendor relationships to facilitate smooth operations.
• Contribute to inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Undertake additional administrative tasks as assigned.
