Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records in the database
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and Communicate well (bi-lingual is a plus)
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Strong sales skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Outbound calling experience is preferred
