This candidate should be able to communicate confidently via telephone and email, and work efficiently in a traditional office setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and monitor shared email inboxes.
• Manage new/existing accounts through customer communication, quotations, order processing, invoicing, etc.
• Assist with A/R tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

• Some customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
