Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative with extensive experience providing assistance in a busy call center setting. Strong dedication to helping customers resolve issues and cultivating a positive image of the company. Excel in both team environments and alone. it is important to cultivate relationships to drive sales. In this position it is imperative to professionally address customer complaints and ultimately satisfy the customer.

What you will be doing?

• Answer phones calls in the call center and respond to emails – one touch resolution
• Order entry, return authorization, inventory lookup, credits, order tracking
• Resolving customer questions/issues
• Researching and documenting customer related inquiries
• Liaison with other departments, as well as Support for the Sales team
• Assist with maintaining standard operating procedures
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Manage to SLA for inbound phone, emails and customer support
• Training and cross training as needed

What we need from you?

• Business-to-Business Customer service or inside sales experience.
• Proven success of delivering excellent customer service
• Comfortable talking on the phone and communicating with customers in a professional manner across all mediums.
• CRM and ERP Experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
