Annuities Customer Service Representative jobs in Bloomington, IL

Description:

• Process Durable Medical Equipment (DME) orders and Formula dept
• Utilize Brighttree to look up the equipment and patient information in the system.
• Provide support and updates to patients looking for medical supplies.
• Responsible for intaking new patients and new orders.
• Assist with the processing of 30-40 orders per day.
• Contacting patients, answering calls, fielding questions.
• Passes orders to product specialists for next steps.
• Communicates with warehouse personnel to provide the needed equipment and supplies.
• Scanning and uploading all pertinent patient information.
• Processes orders from physician’s offices and patients.
• Provides internal billing personnel with necessary paperwork and documentation (such as prescription, sleep study, dr note, etc.).
• Will spend about 35-40% of the day making calls.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must have:

1. Computer Skills - will be trained on Brighttree and VGM systems but need to have basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

2. Ability to multitask

3. Ability to accept change and be adaptable
