Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team as a Hospice Financial Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our hospice organization the ideal candidate will have an understanding of financial management in the healthcare industry, with a specific focus on Hospice care.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis.
2. Budget Management Revenue.
3. Cycle Management Financial Reporting.
4. Compliance and Risk Management.
5. Team Leadership.
6. Strategic Financial Planning.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. CPA or relevant professional certification.
3. minimum of seven years of financial management experience in the healthcare industry with specific experience in Hospice care preferred.
4. In-depth knowledge of healthcare finance reimbursement models and regulatory requirements.
5. Strong analytic, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
6. proficient and financial software and Microsoft Office suite.

Physical Demands:

Able to lift, push, and pull light to moderate loads.  May occasionally do heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling.
