Annual Gift Director - Healthcare plans and implements the healthcare organization's campaign for monetary aid in annual gifts from corporations, outside agencies, and other donors. Assigns specific charitable donation campaigns to Annual Gift Coordinators. Being an Annual Gift Director - Healthcare is responsible for attracting and retaining prospective donors, monitoring programs, and analyzing past donations. Oversees annual giving revenue and expense goals and evaluates the effectiveness of a variety of solicitation programs. Additionally, Annual Gift Director - Healthcare requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Annual Gift Director - Healthcare manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Responsibilities and Duties
Besides from helping our customers check out, you will also be required to:
-resolve customer concerns
-restock inventory
-have excellent time management
-be willing to perform all jobs from cleaning to receiving inventory.
-must be able to stand for long periods of time, climb a ladder to 6ft and lift 30LBS.

-Excellent customer service skills and be happy and outgoing to our customers.
-Be able to Handle money, refunds, and exchanges.
-Be able to learn new technology.
-Read labels and other product information.
-Cross train and work in other areas of the store as needed.
-Quickly and accurately scan and bag all items and collect payment correctly.
-Be physically able to climb ladders to get inventory from up high.
