The Coordinator greets each caller with professionalism, energy and enthusiasm and correctly records and executes all gift orders. The gift coordinator reads each internal/external guest's individual needs and provides tailored gift suggestions, works in an organized, methodical manner with excellent attention to detail and communicates clearly and effectively with other members of the staff and management. Maintains The Breakers quality standards for gift products and services. Conducts equipment and food and beverage supply inventory, keeps accurate records and processes paperwork, ensures guest satisfaction, and maintains excellent telephone etiquette and knowledge of all gift options.
