You’ll be responsible for online and over the phone customer transactions, returns, assisting customers with curbside pickup and virtual shopping, as well as answering phone and greeting customers in store…

You’ll need to be well presented, punctual, dependable, and love smiling. You’ll be eager to take this opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve well above average results and remuneration.

You’ll apply the skills you already have in customer service, cashiering, and have worked in a similar position previously.

Ritter's Garden and Gift is looking for a Full Time Customer Service.

Job expectation…

*Greet and converse with customers in a courteous manner. *High efficiency in computers and software programs *Personality that can work and deal with a lot of different types of people. *Ability to multitask and have amazing organizational skills. *Preferred background/knowledge of plant materials, fertilizers, chemicals, and soils. *Assist customers in question about gardening chemicals. *Calculate and receive payment from customers with our 10-key registers and completing these transactions accurately. *You will work approximately 32-40 hours per week (shifts varying between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm) while providing top-notch customer service to our customers. *Available Saturdays and Sundays as well

Qualifications

*20 years and older *High School diploma *Ability to lift 50lbs. *Ability to work on your feet for up to 10 hours *Availability to work flexible hours as days and shifts will vary between 8am and 7pm. *Previous customer service and cashier experience is preferred.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
