Position Overview:

Location: Memorial Medical Center, Las Cruces, NM
Facility: Memorial Medical Center
Coverage Sites: 14
Bed Capacity: 199 beds
Annual Cases: 7,800
Case Diversity: Encompasses healthy pediatrics, OB, robotics, and other essential cases
Expansion Initiatives: Full-service expansion including a structural heart program
Team Dynamics: MD/CRNA call team with a CRNA independent practice group
Shift Structure: 11-hour shifts
Practice Style: Emphasizes collaborative and inviting work culture
Requirements for the Medical Director:

Active NM license, DEA, CSR
Board certification; board eligibility considered if in process
Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS
