This is a busy "multi task" medical office seeking an experienced professional with good organizational and communication skills, decision making and ability interact well with co-workers, patients and providers of all ages and backgrounds. Must be able to balance work load with accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling and checking in patients, insurance verification/prior authorizations, process patient payments and following up with imaging reports to referring providers. If you possess patient billing, medical coding and patient collections, you have potential to earn a higher salary.
Candidate must have High School Diploma. If clinical experience such as Medical Assistant or X-ray and looking to gain hands on experience, you should apply.
Must have computer software skills such as Word and Outlook. Will train on all other software systems. Bi-lingual a plus but not necessary.
Will accept professional with no experience but with the right attitude and willingness to adapt to any circumstance presented.
