Ambulatory Services Director directs the staff and programs of the ambulatory services department. The Assistant Director of Ambulatory Nursing is responsible for clinically & clerically supporting the mission, vision, and values of ACMC Healthcare System. This position will work cooperatively with leadership in the daily operational oversight of staff to include, but not limited to: staff scheduling, supply inventory, clinical support, monitoring & maintenance of quality assurance/control and performance measures, ensures internal/external (patient, staff, facility departments) customer satisfaction, and communicates with and seeks guidance from leadership.
Assists in the coordination of comprehensive multi-disciplinary patient-centered programs across the continuum, creating a culture that promotes an environment of healing by focusing on the emotional and physical well-being of patients and employees. Assists in the management of The Ashtabula Clinic medical group practices by developing a professional climate and philosophy of patient care which promotes optimum health care delivery, the execution of clear goals and standards, and the continual investigation of alternative methods to facilitate operations.
