Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, coding, and collections.

Responsibilities:

- Attend Billing Meetings
- Special Billing Project Resolution
- Obtain Retro Authorizations
- Review A/R and follow up on unpaid claims and denials
- Verify insurance eligibility, benefits and prior authorizations
- Prepare patient statements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payor specific guidelines
- Posting payments

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Minimum of 3 years revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of insurance requirements and guidelines
- Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines
- Knowledge of compliance with regulatory guidelines such at HIPAA
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
