The Community Charter School of Paterson seeks an Enrollment and Alumni Relations Associate to join our school community.
The Enrollment and Alumni Relations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting both the enrollment process for prospective students and maintaining strong connections with alumni. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for fostering positive relationships within the academic community
Reporting Relationship
The Enrollment and Alumni Relations Associate reports to the Director of School Operations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
Enrollment:
Manages student recruitment efforts during the open enrollment period and throughout the school year
Leads student recruitment presentations and information sessions at various locations within the community and the school sites
Develops and maintains relationships with community organizations to facilitate student recruitment
Schedules and meets with families of new students and assists in collecting required documents to complete new enrollments
Support with reporting and data entry into the Student Information System for State and Federal reporting
Manages recruitment activities and outcomes via documentation
Executes marketing campus with the support of the marketing team
Alumni Relations:
Initiate contact with alumni, assist in coordinating alumni networking, and continuously update alumni database
Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Highly creative, detail-oriented, accurate, organized, analytical, flexible and able to meet deadlines
Preferred computer skills include familiarity with database software, design and social media
