About This Role
This position can be based in our Manchester, NH or Boston office. This is a 'hands-on' role with no direct reports.
At AV, the Accounting Director is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting processes, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements under the direction of the firm’s CFO. This position will address tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and support of budgeting and forecasting activities. The Accounting Director will have contact with executives as well as department heads and all AV teammates which requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
