Job Summary:
Provides marketing leadership by defining marketing strategy, identifying audiences and developing campaigns that meet the needs of our alumni and other constituencies. Appreciates and has implemented digital marketing campaigns with a working knowledge of related platforms. Through the strategic use of data, drives decisions based on metrics, reporting and results. Oversees marketing team members and leads their professional growth and marketing acumen. Member of the Marketing Leadership Team. This position is a hybrid role and will require you to work in our Madison, WI office at least two days weekly.
