Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for our hotel and office building.

This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of various landscaping techniques and the ability to operate both power and hand tools.

Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Irrigate landscapes to ensure proper hydration of plants, reparing sprinkler systems.
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Utilize hand tools for tasks such as tree trimming and pruning
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of tree care practices, including trimming and pruning techniques
- Proficiency in operating power tools commonly used in landscaping
- Experience with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Ability to maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Familiarity with lawn care practices, including seeding and aerating
- Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques for pathways and retaining walls
- Competence in using hand tools for tree trimming and other landscaping tasks
