The Engine Maintenance Foreman position is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities concerned with the acquisition of agriculture and automotive equipment and the operation, training, and repair of that equipment. As part of the Contract Operations Department, the Engine Maintenance Foreman supervises the development, planning, and execution of maintenance and operational training program for all assigned personnel. This person is required to develop and implement a preventive maintenance program of all major and minor equipment.
The key performance standards of this position are measured by the timely repair and maintenance of all company equipment and vehicles required to maintain the operation production schedules and standards within the Contract Statement of Work and Standard Operation Procedures.
