On-Call AMT - Airframe & Powerplant
Position Summary:This position is for a certified Airframe and Powerplant technician to service call when needed maintenance of Airliner Aircraft operating out of the Cody Wyoming airport. This person is responsible for conducting maintenance and inspections following direction provided by the airliner maintenance controller of the airline. This role will consist of following company procedures as well as federal regulations for inspections and maintenance actions. Work experience with commercial airline aircraft and A&P license are required. A successful candidate will need to be highly motivated with strong communication, relationship building skills, great organizational skills and attention to detail.
General Requirements:- Airframe and Powerplant License.
- Commercial Aviation aircraft experience
- Possess minimum tools and equipment
- Integrity and professionalism
- Solid verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
- Teamwork and customer service mindset
Physical Requirements:- Move up to 10 pounds on a regular basis
- Move up to 35 pounds on an infrequent basis
- Work from ladders or work stands
Duties & Responsibilities:- Be available for work in an as called as needed capacity.
- All after hours, weekends, and holidays
- exception is for prearranged time frames to be unavailable
- Regular week-day work hours may be available for on-call if desired
