Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paint to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Use various techniques such as stenciling, sponging, or faux finishing to create decorative effects
- Follow blueprints or schematics to ensure accurate painting of specific areas
- Caulk gaps and seams to ensure a smooth and seamless finish
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters or masons to coordinate painting projects
- Perform touch-ups or repairs as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in the construction industry
- Proficient in various painting techniques and finishes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics
- Knowledge of carpentry and masonry is a plus
- Familiarity with power tools used in painting
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
