Ballard Asphalt Paving & Maintenance, Inc. is a locally owned and operated family business that largely services Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities. We offer a full line of services ranging from new paving to parking lot striping. Projects include both large and small commercial and residential properties. This position is a full-time position that pays $25-$32 per hour. Plenty of potential for overtime, bonuses, and off-season pay. We also pay for all tools and safety equipment required for the job and offer quarterly company outings. Requirements and Duties:

• Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to reliably commute to our shop located in Tea, SD.
• No experience is necessary but 1 year of construction experience is preferred. 
• Ability to lift around 70lbs and work outdoors in hot temperatures around hot machinery and material.
• Ability to collaborate with the onsite team to complete projects effectively and efficiently.
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.
• Following instructions and implementing construction plans.
• Class A or B CDL not required but preferred.
