The Aircraft Maintenance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     **Job Description:**

    As an Aviation Operations Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our aircraft maintenance operations. Your responsibilities will include:

    1. **Capturing Images of Aircraft on Delivery:** Documenting and capturing high-quality images of aircraft during delivery processes for record-keeping and documentation purposes.

    2. **Daily Shop Cleaning:** Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the workshop area on a daily basis to maintain a safe and organized working environment.

    3. **Fleet Vehicle Maintenance:** Performing regular washing and cleaning of vehicles, including light maintenance - to maintain their appearance and functionality.

    4. **Aircraft Detailing:** Conducting detailed cleaning and inspection of aircraft following maintenance procedures to ensure they meet quality standards.

    5. **Removal of Interior and Exterior Panels and Furnishings:** Safely removing interior and exterior panels and aircraft furnishings to access areas for inspection, maintenance, or repair purposes.

    6. **Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Maintenance:** Maintaining and servicing ground support equipment such as forklifts, tugs, and vehicles to ensure their operational readiness and safety compliance.

    7. **Additional Duties:** Assisting with other tasks and responsibilities as needed to support aviation operations and maintenance activities.

    **Qualifications:**

    - High school diploma or equivalent.

    - Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.

    - Previous experience in aviation, automotive, heavy equipment maintenance, or related fields preferred.

    - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

    - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    - Must be available to work Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm)
