Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on aircraft to ensure their safe and efficient operation. This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft systems, including electrical, airframe, and avionics - Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft issues using schematics and technical manuals - Perform repairs and replace faulty components as needed - Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations - Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and safety standards - Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues - Follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials and waste Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; FAA certification preferred - Proven experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, including electrical, airframe, avionics, and engines - Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals - Skilled in using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment - Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software such as CATIA is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and provide clear instructions Join our team of dedicated professionals in the aviation industry!
