Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part time Secretary. As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in order entry, file management, and data entry is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with order entry and maintain inventory records
- File and organize documents both electronically and physically
- Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members when required
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong typing skills with the ability to transcribe accurately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
