Aircraft Electrician performs preventative and non-routine maintenance and inspections of aircraft avionics and electrical systems. Uses manufacturer's reference documents, diagrams, and best practices to troubleshoot problems, identify the correct solutions and replace or repair components and parts. Being an Aircraft Electrician conducts quality testing, verification procedures, and required documentation of all completed work. Ensures compliance with all FAA maintenance regulations and requirements. Additionally, Aircraft Electrician typically requires an associate degree in aviation electronics, avionics or equivalent. Requires Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Aircraft Electrician works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.     We are actively seeking dynamic and skilled HVAC Technicians to become part of our team and act as representatives of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Help clients on-site with HVAC issues
    • Prepare cost estimates
    • Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams
    • Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
    • Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems and repair or substitute damaged units
    • Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
    • Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
    • Use hand and power tools
    • Adhere to state and local building regulations
    • Complete work orders on time and ensure timely and effective resolution.
    • Create records of materials used
    • Fully understanding local and federal regulations for safe electrical systems
    • Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
    • Provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance.
    • Communicate technical information clearly and understandably.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
    • Follow safety rules on field visits and be aware of industry regulations to ensure everything is done correctly.

    Requirements:
    • Valid electrical license
    • Own transportation and valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
    • Proven experience in commercial electrical systems
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
    • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
    • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
