Aircraft Electrician jobs in Nashville, TN
Aircraft Electrician performs preventative and non-routine maintenance and inspections of aircraft avionics and electrical systems. Uses manufacturer's reference documents, diagrams, and best practices to troubleshoot problems, identify the correct solutions and replace or repair components and parts. Being an Aircraft Electrician conducts quality testing, verification procedures, and required documentation of all completed work. Ensures compliance with all FAA maintenance regulations and requirements. Additionally, Aircraft Electrician typically requires an associate degree in aviation electronics, avionics or equivalent. Requires Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Aircraft Electrician works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be an Aircraft Electrician typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

Commercial Journeyman Electricians needed for a long term project in and around the Shelbyville, Eagleville and Lynchburg, TN areas.
Projects are working 40 hours a week with some overtime possible depending on location. Monday through Friday. Pay will vary depending on your experience.
Pay Range $28-$32 an hour. No Per Diem.

- Electricians must have 5 years experience in electrical, read blueprints, have all basic hand tools, ppe, run emt, rigid and pull wire.
- Must have experience with new construction from ground up.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
