We are seeking a dedicated, service-oriented professional to join our team as an Electrician based out of our East Hartford, CT location.

The primary job functions are as follows:

• Installs and maintains a variety of electrical equipment such as control panels, switchboards, LED lighting and controls.
• Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with code.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools or power tools.
• Works as part of a team to provide all electrical installations for large-scale and small projects.
• Read schematic diagrams and design drawings.
• Works independently and in a team environment including providing guidance for our apprentices.
• Adhere to all federal, state, company and departmental guidelines.

The qualified candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

• Valid CT E2 and/or MA Journeyman license
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 3 years of electrical installation and repair experience
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bucket truck experience preferred as we have an aerial division
• Data /Com experience is a plus
