Aircraft Electrician performs preventative and non-routine maintenance and inspections of aircraft avionics and electrical systems. Uses manufacturer's reference documents, diagrams, and best practices to troubleshoot problems, identify the correct solutions and replace or repair components and parts. Being an Aircraft Electrician conducts quality testing, verification procedures, and required documentation of all completed work. Ensures compliance with all FAA maintenance regulations and requirements. Additionally, Aircraft Electrician typically requires an associate degree in aviation electronics, avionics or equivalent. Requires Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Aircraft Electrician works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. The Global Quality Director function operates robust processes and tools, across regions and IT systems, to deliver best in class Quality service levels required across all product ranges.
This role will be focused on defining the Global Quality process and tools needed for compliance, whilst driving innovation across Quality Function to deliver effective and efficient performance, including setting and implementing the training and compliance standard for the Function.
As a member of the Senior Quality Leadership Team, the Director is responsible for representing Incora in customer quality plan and service negotiations by successfully communicating and proving Incora’s strong commitment to understanding the customer’s requirements and by continuously fulfilling our Quality commitments accurately and on time, thereby building and maintaining strong customer relationships and confidence.

About you
4 Year Level Degree in relevant field
Extensive continuous Improvement experience operating across multiple locations
Experience of working within the Aerospace industry or related logistics field
Detailed technical knowledge on quality as well as across several functions, considered a subject matter expert in quality, and a very high degree of cross-functional business process knowledge required
