Carolina Aircraft & NexGA Aircraft are aircraft sales companies based at the Piedmont Triad International airport at the private aircraft terminal in Greensboro, NC and we are currently seeking a highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Office Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee administrative tasks such as answering and transferring sales calls to the appropriate sales consultant
• Photocopy aircraft records
• Organize and track tasks for pending aircraft deals
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and customers
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
• Assist with implementing and executing marketing campaigns
• Client relationship management, contacting past clients
• Provide support to the sales and management staff

Work Hours & Benefits

• Hourly pay in the $15-20 per hour range based on experience and qualifications
• Commission bonus received on each aircraft transaction (estimated to be an additional $5,000 to $10,000 annually)

Office Manager Qualifications / Skills

• Experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
