Aides Supervisor - Home Care supervises a staff of Home Care Aides who provide and support patients with personal care. Schedules home health aides for patient visitation and work assignments. Being a Aides Supervisor - Home Care monitors the quality of care performed by the home health aide staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Aides Supervisor - Home Care typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Aides Supervisor - Home Care supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Aides Supervisor - Home Care typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. We are hiring for a part-time dietary aides in our kitchen.
Pay Begins at $15.00 based on experience.

Essential Functions :
- Preparing meals, snacks and beverages following specific procedures
- Serving meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are always followed
- Staying current on the individual procedures and protocols for their facilities, including state-specified rules and regulations
- Following portion control standards
- Deliver food trays or snacks to rooms
- Always being a team player, and ensuring a healthy, happy work environment.
Requirements :
- Previous experience working in the food industry is required.
- Mandatory Reporter Certificate for adult abuse
- Flexibility
- Physical, drug test, TB test, and thorough background check
- PTO for both full-time and part-time employees after 30 days

- Tuition Reimbursement Programs
All staff may be required to work beyond normal working hours, on weekends and other positions temporarily when necessary and may be subject to call back during emergency conditions.
